Kids Cottage Daycare is a growing franchise originally founded in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. When they decided to branch off they chose their new location in Dover. Being their location was on a busy road, they wanted a secure fence for the play area that also provided privacy for the children. They also needed fence around their proposed dumpsters and porch railing throughout the outside. What they wanted had to be as maintenance free as possible. The contractors for the job at Teal Construction called Forrest Fence and together came up with the perfect solution for the daycare. We used 6ft vinyl white privacy fence for the perimeter of the play area. We installed D&D self closing hinges on the gate with a safety self keyed latch. Around the dumpsters we installed the same white vinyl privacy fence and used chainlink gates with privacy inserts. Steel bollards were installed around the enclosure to keep it safe from vehicles. For the porch railing, we used a commercial grade vinyl rail with T-post top and aluminum inserts. Kids Cottage was more then happy with our work and the timeline in which we completed it.
